South Dayton Man Pleads Not Guilty to Murder

The elderly man accused of shooting his son to death says he’s not guilty.
73 year old Richard Tyma pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Cattaraugus County Court to two counts of second-degree murder.
Tyma is accused of shooting and killing his 46-year-old live-in son, Daniel Tyma, last November at their home in South Dayton.
