Seneca Nation Gets $1M For Home Repairs

Seneca Nation is getting nearly $1 million HUD to fix up homes on the Allegany and Cattaraugus territories.
Seneca President Todd Gates and Housing Authority Executive Director Adrian Stevens received an oversized check for $996,441 in a ceremony at the William Seneca Administration Building.
The HUD grant will help the Seneca Nation fix electrical, plumbing, and ventilation in 5 housing units for low-income families with children. Applications can be made through the Seneca Nation Housing Authority and the Planning Department.
