Another Double Digit Day for Cornonavirus in Cattaraugus County

It was another double digit day in Cattaraugus County.
20 more people in Cattaraugus have test positive for COVID-19 bringing the total since the pandemic began to 633. Right now there are 12 county residents hospitalized with COVID-19. There are 137 active COVID-19 cases in the county.
The new positive cases include nine men and nine women. All reported symptoms.
The Health Department did not report the genders of two other people from the southeast part of the county who were tested after developing symptoms. They were both in close contact with someone who had COVID-19.

The high winds that knocked over trees and power lines when gusts of up to 60 mph were reported across Allegany and Cattaraugus counties . Now, get ready for the snow. A hazardous weather outlook was reported Monday, with snow showers overnight, possibly with accumulation of a few inches on the hills. snow is expected Tuesday and Wednesday across the hills.
