Two New COVID-19 Cases in Cattaraugus County

Two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Cattaraugus County on Tuesday, makes the county’s total 202 since the pandemic began.

No new cases were reported Tuesday by Allegany County health officials — the total there is still 98.

The 201st confirmed case is a woman from the southeast area of CAttaraugus who had direct contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 and says she’s asymptomatic.

The 202nd confirmed case is a man from the northeast area who says he also had direct contact with someone who’s tested positive for COVID-19 and says he’s not showing any symptoms .
