The Cattaraugus County Board of Health doesn’t like the setback on flavored e-juice ban.
Public Health Director Dr. Kevin Watkins told the Board of Health that a justice in the Appellate Division issued the temporary restraining order.
It temporarily delays a ban on flavored e-juice announced Sept. 17 by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

The temporary restraining order came after a State Supreme Court judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order .
