SBU Professor Amends Religious Discrimination Lawsuit

The St. Bonaventure University professor who says she discriminated against because she was a wiccan
was paid less than the men at the school.
Dr. Pauline Hoffmann’s attorneys are asking to amend her religious discrimination lawsuit to include new pay discrimination allegations. They say the pay discrimination means statute of limitations haven’t expired.
The amendment is a response to St. Bonaventure arguing the lawsuit should be thrown out because Hoffmann didn’t file a complaint within 300 days of the alleged discrimination.
