Olean Man Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter

Olean police day drinking and driving was behind that that deadly car crash on Route 417 Wednesday.
47 year old John McStraw’s been charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
The accident happened about 20 minutes after four in the afternoon.
According to deputies, McStraw tried to pass a semi-trailer and hit an oncoming vehicle driven by a 48-year-old Kill Buck man. The man, whose name hasn’t been released died at the scene.
McStraw was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.

That’s the plan. From now on state law will require all new bathrooms have diaper changing stations.
It covers any new or renovated restroom open to the public.
