Eaton Cooper Donates $10,000

Eaton Cooper Power systems is donating another $10,000 so that area kids can dream.

The dream it-do it program gives students a chance to see what it takes to make a career at the The Eaton Young Manufacturers Academy.

This is the second straight year that the Olean manufacturer has made the donation. But it’s a gift that gives back. They say they’re trying to make sure they keep the pipeline full of good, qualified employees for not just them but the entire community.

The first session of the program is set for February 19-23 where the students will engineer their own cardboard sleds for an outdoors sledding competition.

Another session will be held in the summer.
